- The CVS team is responsible for Club Vegas Slots, generating 100% of our revenue internationally. We've achieved global best-in-class KPIs and have grown over 60% year-over-year since launch. - As a Global VIP Account Manager, your main goal is to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention while creating and maintaining relationships with our most important customers. You will be the first point of contact for our VIP Customers, and you need to know how to understand and help them while also providing an enjoyable gaming experience. We're looking for people who are customer-centric and want to grow with a global company that's getting bigger every day.
- Maintain strong relationships with VIP players through regular communication (email, chat, etc.)
- Identify the needs and preferences of VIP players to tailor personalized experiences and offers
- Act as a point of communication between customers and the company, responding to customer requests and helping them as needed with the wide range of game information given to you
- Manage customer queries and prepare regular AM and customer insight analysis reports
- Monitor player activity and behavior to identify potential VIPs and implement strategies to retain and engage them
- Collaborate with the Live Ops, Product, and Data teams to create exclusive promotions and events for VIP players
- Create surveys, analyze feedback, and share results with various teams based on new releases, features, etc.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve VIP account management strategies
- 2+ years experience in a Global VIP Account Managing role
- Live Ops and DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) experience
- A commitment to providing the best possible service to our customers at all times
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Zendesk
- Tenacity to follow through on customer issues, drive to learn new things, and use creativity to solve problems.
- Team player, but confident enough to speak up when necessary.
- Native-level English language skills (work visa may be provided for foreign nationals)
- Experience working for a mobile social casino gaming company (English speaking roles)
- Experience in overseas service roles (2+ years or equivalent experience)
- Experience in domestic and overseas caregiver positions (2+ years equivalent experience)
- Understanding how land-based/online casinos, social casinos and slot games work
- Korean level TOPIK 4+ for foreign nationals
